Jiffy Lube Live Sucks
Jiffy Lube Live (JLL) continues to spoil wonderful concert experiences and ruin them.
The issue with JLL is there's no competition for the venue, so these deadbeats have zero incentive to improve.
People have been complaining for almost a DECADE about the pathetic cell coverage and network capacity in/around JLL.
Any attempt to transfer tickets or load money at JLL will be met with extreme frustration now with touch-less ticketing and food / drink purchases due to the HORRIBLE cell coverage at JLL.
Not sure what it's going to take to get JLL leadership to actually act upon customer input and pull themselves together.
My family missed almost half the concert simply due to unbelievable JLL incompetence.
Unfortunately, I tried to voice these concerns to TicketMaster and ask for some sort of compensation.
Also, for some reason, JLL staff decided to merge 3 lines into 1 and do a glacial security check while the other lines were moving at a normal pace, causing us to miss the event due to the HORRIBLE cell coverage at JLL.
Only after not moving for an entire hour did I move my family over to an open line and get to our seats.
Instead they send a canned email response with no other option to talk or chat with a real person.
TicketMaster and JLL -- a perfect match made to forever screw over their fans, an unresponsive yet incompetent, bumbling pair.
Hope the fans boycott these boobs with their wallet and wake up.
Brandi Carlile, the twins, rest of band = awesome
Great show by Brandi, twins, and supporting band members. The Big Cheer group, a great welcoming band, as you enter the gates. Low Anthem also put on a great show. Would like to see a stronger line up in artists on the main stage as in years past. Please design better folk fees. Sorry, but the folk fest fees this year were boring, drab, and did not have the year of the event on them. Recc using better/lighter quality of cotton for the tees too (for summer wear, it's hot out there :-), making the cut more unisex. Use Brighter colors in cotton tees with bright creative design for the event. What a better way to future advertise this traditional, fun, and uplifting event with some color and creativity in the folk tees ;-) Great vendors. Overall, a beautiful and fun day. Brought someone who's never been here before, and she loved it, exceeding her expectations of the event. Need to create more space for Harbour and Quad stages if possible. Couldn't get into them without violating fire lanes :-)
